Our Services
-
NVR Level 1 for Professionals
This foundational training introduces professionals to the principles and practices of Non Violent Resistance (NVR), an evidence-informed approach for supporting families dealing with challenging, controlling, or violent behaviour in children and adolescents.
Ideal for social workers, therapists, educators, and other frontline practitioners, NVR Level 1 provides practical tools to help caregivers regain parental presence, de-escalate conflict, and build stronger, non-punitive relationships.
Through interactive sessions, case discussions, and guided exercises, participants will gain the skills to begin applying NVR in their professional settings. No prior NVR experience required.
-
NVR Awareness Workshop
This workshop is suitable for individuals who would like to see how the ethos of NVR aligns with their family / company / school values. The team will cover the fundamentals of NVR with a focus on de-escalation techniques relevant to your situation.
-
NVR Supervision
Strengthen your confidence and effectiveness in using the Non Violent Resistance (NVR) approach through professional supervision. Designed for therapists, social workers, educators, family therapists and other practitioners already trained in NVR, these sessions provide a reflective and supportive space to deepen your understanding and apply NVR principles in complex, real-world situations.
Supervision focuses on case discussions, skill development, and helping you navigate the challenges of working with families experiencing high conflict, child-to-parent violence, controlling behaviour or eating disorders. Both individual and group supervision options are available, tailored to your practice needs.
Whether you're new to NVR or looking to embed it more fully into your work, ongoing supervision ensures you stay grounded, connected, and effective.
